Gwinn schools ask voters again for $24.95 million bond

Hancock library millage heads to Nov. 3 ballot

The Hancock Area District Library board voted unanimously at its inaugural meeting Tuesday, Aug. 11, to place a 0.70-mill, five-year levy on the Nov. 3 ballot, projected to raise $185,000 to $200,000 annually to keep the Hancock library open.
